Our standard tongue and grove floor board thickness is 22 mm and width is 105 mm.

Cabin Walls

Eco log cabins Irelands wall logs are made with double tongue for better wind and moisture protection. Carefully designed and calculated locks will form a perfect seal protecting inside micro climate from our door effects. Trusting our highly refined cutting and routing technique, we guarantee a pleasant wall assembly process.

Standard Cabins wall thickness is 44 mm, but we are also manufacturing 70 mm and 60 mm.

Windows & Doors

Eco Log Cabins manufactures Euro standard double glazed windows for our Log Cabins, that has Tilt & Turn mechanism. The frame is locked with highly sustainable finger locks and is raped around with flexible rubber gasket to prevent wind penetration. Bottom of the frame from outside is covered with metal part that forms water drip what makes our windows 100% weather resistant.

Roof Boards

Eco Log Cabins standard tongue & grove roof board thickness is 19 mm and 105 mm width.

Roof Beams

Standard roof beam thickness is 60 mm and 170 mm height, but depending on bespoke projects it might be reduced to 45mm Thx 120mm H or 45mm TH x 145mm H. Cabins roof cab be strengthened by adding more beams, depending what kind of roof cover is chosen.
