The Premium Butcher is  Ireland’s premier online ordering site for quality meats. For over 30 years our butcher’s have catered to the growth in “fine dining” and we have grown a strong business delivering our quality meats to restaurants, hotels and retailers around the country! We now offer that same great delivery service to all Irish households delivering direct to your door.

Sourcing Only the Finest Meats

Our traditionally matured dry-aged range of steaks, rib and striploin joints come from the foodie heaven of West Cork.

Lamb is centre of irish recipes from casserole to stew and  lamb shanks are a true favourite for many! We source along the West Coast of Ireland where these lamb graze the rugged foothills and feed on rich flora from the wild herbs, flowers and grasses of areas such as the Burren.

Our Gourmet pork is selected from a number of dedicated suppliers around Ireland who raise their animals traditionally and ethically.

  • All our products are always 100% Irish! Enjoy good food!
  • All our meats are expertly prepared in our factory shop in Kilmacthomas near Kilmeaden Co Waterford.
  • All meats and sauces are dispatched early each morning from the shop to reach the four corners of Ireland.

We use the reliable and dependable services of Fastway Couriers to ensure all our meats reach your door on time. We use a specially designed cooler box to guarantee your meats stay below 4 degrees while in transit. The cooler box is “guaranteed” for up to 24 hours. However orders on average spend a few short hours in transit!
